Refund policy

At OFFGRID, every product is made specially for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Returns
We only accept returns if:
• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong item.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
To request a return, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your Order Number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

Refunds
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for:
• Wrong product received
• Damaged product
• Manufacturing defects
We do not exchange products due to incorrect size selection by the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Change of mind
• Minor color variations due to screen settings
• Personalized or custom products
